Charlie is Charlemagne Farm’s namesake!  In fact, he was Jennifer’s very first horse.  Charlie is 16 years old and stands proudly at 16.0 hands.  He is a dark bay thoroughbred-appaloosa, with a single white star, three white spots on his withers, and a finger-print on his nose, which is what inspired his show name “Private Eye.”  Charlie taught Jennifer how to jump, show, and have fun on horseback outside of the competitive arena.  He is extremely mischievous and enjoys opening doors, gates, and latches during his free time.  He also likes to take long naps in the sun.  He is very outgoing, and he loves meeting new friends.
